so its not an involved process getting to and pulling one ? i was at autozone asking about fuel filters, and they have one for my engine if it has the california emissions setup (?), none if it doesnt. i dont know what entailed the ca emissions...so i dont know if that equipment is on my van. the filter was 20 bux so i wasnt ready to take a chance on that..(not knowing if it is the right one for my van) as for the water drain, i had already located that, the smokestack thingie is most likely the heater as someone suggested. i dont know if it works, being here in el paso, i dont think its ever seen any use
