Wow. I'm a gmail nerd and I didn't even think to try that! It Cc's the list automagically that way!

FWIW, having the list "reply to" set to the sender's name has the benefit that when the list gets "Wallaced", the individual "wallaces" only bounce back once to the original sender. If gerry was set to put "vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com" there, the wallaces would bounce back to the list server "reply" address instead, which would send the bounce out to the whole list, triggering another wallace message that gets sent to the list-- lather, rinse, and repeat until someone comes along to stop the cascade of self-perpetuating wallaces.
