I've been using three of these for a year now and I think they're great. One is mounted inside the "pantry" door (under the sink) in my westy as it solves the problem of rooting around for packages in the dark. Everything else can wait till daylight, I haven't tried one in the clothes closet yet.

The other two are mounted straight down under the rear cabinet to illuminate our "reading" place. Guess what... this ROCKS as a way to illuminate the engine compartment when you need more light.

The only problem I've had is that during the hottest of days, the horizontally-mounted lights can fall down. I've never had one let go of a wall or door surface no matter how hot it's gotten.

On a vaguely related noted, I recently bought a nice fan at Walmart that takes eight D-cells and is said to run for 24 hours on them. It moves a lot of air, is quiet, and is adjustable and even has a hanging hook. It can sit in the seat beside you and blow lots of air as you drive, and I suspect and hope it will keep air moving in the whole van on warmish nights.
