OK all you van owners from the Vancouver BC area. (I know you are out there.) 


We will be travelling to the Vancouver area later this month. (We plan to visit relatives and attend the GCVW show http://www.airspeedparts.com/GCVWS/gcvws2006.htm in Coquitlam on the 20th.) 


I thought it would be great if some van owners could get together on the afternoon of August 19 to meet each other and check out the vans. 


Derby Reach Regional Park http://www.gvrd.bc.ca/parks/DerbyReach.htm in Langley seems like a good spot. There are campsites and a picnic area with a large parking lot as well as a nice view of the Fraser River and the mountains to the north. 


We plan to be there at about 2 PM and stay for supper. (We will be in the picnic area) 


If anyone else is coming please let me know soon. 


We are leaving Regina on the 11th so I will probably not be near a computer after that. 


Derby Reach is not far from Air Speed Parts if you are taking part in their breakfast event. 


If you see the Toaster (Gold '85 Westfalia with the "Toaster" front plate) heading over the mountains please wave.
