I have been using the Coleman Cool Zephyr ceiling fan / LED light combo for
a while and really like it.  The unit has a two speed fan as well as a 5 LED
light in the center (one amber night light and four white reading lights).
I hang mine from the skylight crank housing with a small ball-bungee and it
blows directly down onto the bunk.  Here is a link for a shot of mine in my
