I forgot to mention that according to my speedometer I was doing 70MPH
average speed. I was moving at the same pace as the other traffic on
I-95 and not getting passed like I was doing 60MPH.

 

My van IS equipped with power steering and A/C (doesn't work). I don't
think that PS would affect the mileage that much anyway.
