Hi Mike,

Here's a low buck trick when your camping. Throw several hand handfuls of mothballs under your van. This even keeps snakes away! My bride wouldn't camp for years after a 3 foot green and black snake showed up on the our van's floor one mourning! Sealing your van completely may be hard to do. A mouse can get in anywhere his head will fit, small rust hole, air vents, wiring openings, etc. Let alone a snake! They really don't like the smell of mothballs though! A couple bucks, and your protected for several weeks at that area.
