Yes, that's how I do most of mine (including this one), but it's still an annoying step to take everytime I respond to a thread. If I wanted to post to an individual, I'd take care of that myself. The value of a listserv comes from the "sharing" of thoughts and information; the default feature is an impediment to that value.
