I took my Subie injectors to this place:

They put them on a rail and test for flow and pattern and leaks. Then they put them in an ultrasonic cleaning solution bath and run the snot out of them for ten minutes or so. Mine were in good shape with one lagging just a bit. Repeating the flow test after cleaning showed that they all ran the same.

With higher mileage, I'd clean them and carry a spare.
