Subject: Voltage drop with headlight upgrade

Ok, I searched the archive and have found some info but thought I'd ask anyways. I installed a high power headlight relay kit with Hella lamps. Now I'm seeing a voltage drop from 13.8 to 12.5 when I flip on the lights. My guess is first place is to look at the grounds to make certain it's good. What else should I look for? Any help would be appreciated.
