If it's the nylon bit at the "corner" of the cable frame, I fixed mine with a hardware store bolt and washers after drilling through the plastic fitting. I don't remember exactly what I did other than use the washers to clamp two broken parts together--it was years ago-- but I do remember that the hard part was clamping the rig up and pulling to overcome the built-in tension in the cable. The fact that it's working after all this time is testament to such a repair, if it's feasible in your case.
