I know this topic is redundant to most folks but I wanna get things right...
I did the wire jumper test tonite and low and behold one speed did not work
which I believe was the low speed.  (middle terminal did not do anything)
If this is indeed the low speed which is not working then my next step is
the resistor ballast right?  It is an 86 with factory AC.  Are there any
tests I should be doing before running off and buying the resistor ballast?
