IMHO the essential part is the proper vanagon air-intake manifold as then it's a bolt-on. An
adapter plate can easily be made up to mate a Weber (or other) carb to the proper air in-take
manifold. Be sure to buy a jet kit with any carb that you buy, as that way one can tweek the jets
for the engine. m
