Hi Mark, The kit for the watercooled-carb-conversion does not come with an intake manifold, as it reuses the stock VW one. On watercooled engines, the manifold air box comes off the intake and is replaced with the supplied adapter plate. Then you bolt the carb to the adapter plate. Voila!
