You may be right, but the listed parts and photo of kit won't work. The parts listed in the kit do not include anything to bolt to the waterboxer FI manifold. The adapter listed merely lets the Weber bolt to a manifold originally intended for a different carb. If this kit really lets you put this carb on a FI manifold it would have to include a replacement downdraft center plenum with side holes for the 4 intake runner tubes. I see this same photo and text advertised elsewhere as being for waterboxers but a couple other sellers show a different photo of that same kit number WITH a new plenum as well as runners that fit Type 4. If the listed kit is really the one with a plenum I am curious if it bolts right up to a 1.9 wbx with stock FI runners, as is out of the box.
