Well, my first official project on my westy.....to do the fuel lines using Ben's place step by step instructions (a great resource).  Started with Passenger side fuel rail and injectors, went well.  Then to drivers side....much more rusty.  The bolt that holds in the injectors busted right off.  I really wasn't even going that hard at it.  OK....I am a newbie here, do I just need to re-tap it and put a new bolt in?  And if so, is that a reasonably easy process?

And now for the injectors...they were loaded with rust and I am wondering if I need to replace them.  Van was running fine before, so obviously they were working, but they look a little sketchy.  Here are a few pics (hope the links work):  One is the whole fuel line assembly after pulling it out (wow...am I glad I am changing the 20 year old lines and clamps).  The other is of the fuel injectors after cleaning them up a bit.  One of my main concerns is that the yellow plastic is cracked in a couple of places on one of them.  You probably can't see that in the photos though.

Any thoughts on whether or not I need to replace them or should I do new lines and give em a try?
