Yeah, I've been hearing about this thing now and again for a couple years. I choose to withhold judgement until they actual get it to run on some sort of fuel. Up till now, all their demo's have spun the thing up off 150psi compressed air through the intake ports. They promised real fuel running "any time now" back in 2004, but as late as Jan 2006 they were STILL shilling for investment capital with compressed air.

Suffice to say, I am somewhat wary of a company that implies their little turbine-piston device is the equivalent of a huge Cummins diesel engine simply because they both displace a similar quantity of air on a single shaft rotation. I'd have liked to see it hooked up to a dyno before they paraded it around next to a giant industrial inline-6 turbo-diesel-- but I guess that would require it to actually run...
