EXACTLY !  We do have sources for all those  Stainless Steel Screws up here
although it takes some digging around.  BUT  if it's gonna cost $50 ~ $60 in
brokerage fees for a $20 package of screws then  I'm gonna keep on digging
around and finding them where I can locally as I have  been doing !
