Hi All, You refer to an "auto stop" valve. I am guessing this means a valve that stops the flow of liquid propane into the tank when the tank is full. I do not know about newer vans, but my 1980 does not have one. You open a small vent, and pump in propane until it leaks out, then shut the vent. Hope this helps. ...JMM Justin M.
