RE: Installing H4 Rectangular Headlights I'll second Daryl's recommendation on having two full sets of the mounts/adjusters on hand when you go to install the headlights. I found it near impossible to get the old mounts/adjusters out without breaking them. And the new one can be a little difficult to get back in also. I even managed to break a mount on one of the high beams in the process. Luckily I had purchased two complete sets including the high beams. And boy, are the H4's an improvement, even without the relay kit installed or going to higher wattage bulbs. BTW, I found very good information on the Web about how to figure out the right pattern to do you own alignment. If anyone needs that info I think I have it bookmarked. All you need is a tape measure, some masking tape, and a flat wall at about 30 feet. Oh yeah, a good screwdriver helps.... |
