What is a reasoanble price to pay someone to do this
job? I'm unable to do it myself and just wondered how
much time it would take a mechanic. I know they tend
to double the cost of parts (based on past
ecxperience).
The labor rate here in AZ is $100/hr in most places
I'm unable to use my van any more because of the gas
fumes.
I'm surprised there was not a recall on this; it seems
like a very dangerous thing and also pollutes the
environment. Oddly enopugh my van passed the emissions
because they only test a leaky gas cap not a leaky
tank!
