On the instrument cluster, I checked the flasher contact on the connector strip with ground, and on both sides of the resistor, and it's OK. I pulled the LEDs and replaced the potentially defective one with a known good one from another cluster, paying attention to the orientation in the socket prongs.

Still no flashing dash turn signal LED.

Should I next be looking for a failed 12v source? So far I have only looked at (or had information on) the ground part of the circuit. Does that make sense?

Thanks,

Jim
