Yes it is still offered. The referral code is still list1e and must be entered upon checkout (or mentioned at time of order if ordering by phone). This entitles you to a 5% discount on most orders over $50 (with certain exclusions, most notably sale items, made-to-order or special-order items, wheels/tires, and gift certificates).
