I have an Intel based 2.0 gig machine running Windows XP. I have Nero
and Pinnacle 10 video software.

Problem: when I do a video capture with audio from TV and then make up a
DVD or CD from the captured content, the sound and vid clips  are out of
sync.

Question: How can I sync the sound to the video clips. Or do I have some
kind of problem/settings that need fixing first.
