Ryan, That part is available from GoWesty. Look under Misc. Trim-Trim around Gas Cap. The part number is: 251-201-117 ($18.95US). The opening in the side panel has tabs and the trim has tabs with slots. You need to rotate the trim about an inch and it will come off. I did this recently, I just don't remember whether a clockwise turn loosens it or not. My guess is counterclockwise loosens it.
