First remove the other two pistons to get them out of the way (2&4). Now you can attack this in one of two ways.

1. If you are replacing rod bearings as well then you can just pull the whole rod and piston together and then remove the wrist pin at your leisure in a vice, etc. You can remove the two rod nuts with an extension (I have done this many times) and then just pull the rod. Once you get the pistons off of the rods and clean up the wrist pins they will go back together much easier than they come apart.

2. Make a tool. You need a piece of pipe that is cut to fit between the piston head and the inside of the block where the hole is that you can pull the wrist pin out. It needs to be larger in inside diameter than the outside diameter of the wrist pin so that it can travel inside of the pipe. Now get a piece of threaded stock that will fit inside of the wrist pin. Also pick up two nuts that will screw onto this threaded stock. Now grind one nut until it is small enough to fit in the end of the wrist pin yet inside the snap ring clip on the end of the wrist pin that is toward the flywheel. Now remove the snap ring that is on the side of the wrist pin that is toward the main pulley. Put your piece of pipe between the engine case and the head. Insert your threaded piece down inside the pipe and through the wrist pin. Sneak the nut in place at the end of the wrist pin (toward flywheel) and turn the threaded stock until the nut is firmly threaded on. Now you will want a small plate of steel about an inch wide and long enough straddle the hole on the outside of the case where you are trying to pull the wrist pin. Drill a hole in the center of the plate that is the same size as the threaded stock and slip this plate in place. Put the other nut in place on the outside of this plate.

Just start turning. The wrist pin will slowly be pulled.

You can install the pesky snap ring that is toward the flywheel side before installing the piston back on the engine. BTDT. I hope this helps.
