Oh damn, I hope that's a true story. Reminds me of a friend. He would keep track of all calls that during the day that put him on hold. At quiting time he would dial up to five of those numbers (office phone with five lines). When someone answered, he'd say "Can you hold for a minute?" and push the hold button. As he turned out the lights in his office he could see the five lights on the phone blinking in the dark.....
