Disconnect the clip on the end of the idle stabilizer valve, start the engine and rev it enough to keep it running. Allow it to warm up, pat the gas pedal to allow the WBX to clear it's throat, and then let the engine drop to idle and watch what happens. If it stabilizes at normal idle speed, then you have a problem in the stabilizer circuits.
