Remove both front door handles and swap the right side one with the left. They are identical. Then your driver's side lock will work. The passenger side one will not, but how often do you use the key on that side anyway? A side benefit is that the bottom of the handle becomes the top and the paint on the bottom is usually in nicer condition. This 'fix' takes about 5 minutes to complete.

I have a similar question. My latest acquistion has one key that works all the door and ignition EXCEPT for the drivers door. Is the keycode on the other doors too? |
