Hi.

This is a late post, but may be of use to you.

I just finished doing a complete HP FI hose replacement as well as a complete tune up.

Prior to doing the work, I was rooting around getting familiar with things. i.e. moving/checking vacuum hoses etc. After doing that, I ran it.

When I came back to the project, the RH (Pass side) fuel hose at cold start valve looked wet. It had sprung a leak. It was not leaking before. In your case, it looks like the same hose was possibly leaking.

My point is that simply moving things around can (obviously in my case) make an old part fail. Ironically it may have been the same part.

BTW, good to see pics. Nice clean engine. I think I'll put clamps on my manifold boots too!
