A good way to keep the cheap chrome hubcaps looking better longer is to wax them regularly. However there is no getting around that the chrome plating is nowhere near German quality (not surprising for about 1/5 the price), so this will only delay but ultimately not prevent the rust. We do sell them, because many people just don't want to cough up $40 each for the German ones. We do also sell the German VW ones when we can get them from Germany, which is not all the time, so they tend to go on and off of our website as availability dictates.
