< I used some of the new silicone self-curing tape on the split plastic tube SNIP -I'm sure there are a lot of problems it won't fix, but it's right up there with duct tape and baling wire in my book!

I'd add JB "Quick Weld" to that must have list. My coolant level sensor cracked and spewed coolant on the last camping trip. I cursed leaving JB Weld home, but it was fate, I found JB Quick Weld with a much shorter curing time. I filled the inside of the sensor, put a spring clamp on that I had for tarp duty, put it in the sun on the dash board and went swimming for a couple of hours. Held on the way home a few trips around since then!
