Well, I'll add to the complaining -- I sent them an email about a wrong dizzy cap they sent -- it was listed on their website as for an 84 vanagon, but it doesn't fit the plug wires (In another place on their website it shows through '83, but not where you order!) On top of it, the "OEM quality" version they sent was defective, so I can't even use it on our bug!

Bottom line -- NO reply from them. My response: NO MORE ORDERS! I already gave up buying anything from them that may require any degree of support, even though I like to spread orders around a bit. Time is too valuable to argue with them over a $6 cap. I buy a lot of VW bug and vanagon stuff, but no more from them. There are plenty of good and supportive vendors out there, so why put up with hassles....

I once ordered what I thought were fender flares. 10 min after I place the online order I realized my mistake (I'd ordered fenders, doh). I could not cancel or modify the order at the point, but could have returned the item, after delivery, by paying a restocking fee.
