I need a picture of that plate/shelf that bolts to the underside of the 85 Vanagon in the rear..., probably what the burp tank bolts to as well. It fastens with screws all way around the back... and on each side. I'm curious as to how close a shelf like this would need to come to the engine pulley and belts. I think I can use aluminum, and small angle iron for strength on the engine side. I just wish I had a picture, I don't find one in the Bentley..? This shelf also acts as a heat shield, and pushes the exhaust pipe heat through those rectangular slots to the rear in behind the rear bumper. Thanks in Advance...!!
