Flo,

He was pleasant when I was dealing with him earlier in the year. However,
the last 3 emails I sent him remained unanswered in both direct email and
via his Ebay account. If he has given up on North America, perhaps he should
put some sort of note on his website and in his Ebay auctions.

I will try inquiring with his Canadian counterpart and see if I have better
luck there.
