Volks, I wish I could say this was the biggest problem I was dealing with on my '85 Vanagon right now, but it is an annoying one. My passenger side vent window is tight enough in its pivot that it will maintain its position even at free way speeds. Now my driver's side vent window pivot is so loose that at speed it slams shut. Is there any way to tighten this up so I don't have to drive with my finger perpetually hooked around the window to keep it in position. I thought I would ask before pulling the door panel off. This is a complaint I haven't heard expressed in the last two years, but I may have just missed it. Thanks in advance for your recommendations. Stephen DeMocko ('85 Westy Luci) |
