p.s.- one of my architect partners designed his own house to have overhead garage doors (really nice architectural ones) that opened into the dining area & master bedroom. The dining table & bed were to be on wheels so they could roll out onto balconies on the exterior. Since the floors were exposed, stained concrete, no problem w/ oil or coolant dripping on the floors!

Alas, he still doesn't have a westy, but he could?
