We must be taste dead, cuz Mrs. B insists on grinding the nite before even at home, so all we have to do in the am is "push the button", our ritual. We have not noticed any difference in coffee taste pre grinding by a day or 2. But we use a french press thermal pot in the westy & a cone drip at home which gives us different coffee from each.
