Hmmmm, we get our beans roasted that same day from our favorite roaster 2 blocks from my office, so pregrinding the nite before is still prettty fresh?

We had an Italian coffee machine in the office that ground each cup of coffee when you pushed the button. Ruined the whole office dynamics. No one waited to get together at coffee times to get face time w/ their office mates, so we sent it back & got a 1 shot manual expresso machine to keep the face to face communication going.
