Sounds like you need to get back to preparing from a "camping list", the way some of us do have who have never full-timed. I strongly recommend doing that. I'll even mail you our "camping list" (though it's for us as a couple) if it'll make things easier.

Between family visits and a family wedding :-D and van repairs >:-( we had six weeks without van time. S was getting *noticeably* cranky. Until I made campground reservations for the weekend after the chaos was due to end. :-)
