Thanks for this info Dennis! If/when I need to replace my fridge, I'll look for this newer model.
I've driven for years with mine on gas, and it stays lit nearly always (probably gone out less
than 5 times in 10 years). If the ambient temps are above 20C, I generally leave it on
propane all the time, as battery barely keeps it cool, and mine can be a pain to re-light. My
record for continuous fridge operation is around 20 days on a full tank (and probably about
2000 miles) - I even had a healthy chunk of frost on the fins by then! :-)
