NO.. nothing is "pre-wired".
you'll have to add the harness. and actuators, and linkages, and brackets,
contacts for the slider door, etc, etc..
the sliding door actually has a bracket welded to it, that the actuator is
mounted to..youll have to add that to yours..  and the sliding door lock is
different as well on power lock models.. same with hatch lock..   little extra
tabs on them that the actuator linkage rods attach to..

if your interested, i have a complete vanagon power/central locking setup for
sale..
