What I want to know is can I pull the doors and hatch off a late model Vanagon and install on my 1982 diesel Westy? My hatch is dented and window seals on the doors are fading fast. This would give me power windows/locks/mirrors and fresh(er) rubber. Downside would be a likely color mismatch and some wiring headaches.
