Check posts in the archives by Tabe Johnson on how to remove and Steve Sandlin on how to clean, and maybe also how to remove, that have been posted during this year. Steve's was very recent and I think Tabe's was in May but maybe it was earlier. He posted in the last few weeks, in the same thread as Steve, with a link to the earlier post.

Tabe's post was very detailed.
