Has it started w/starter at all since them?

Was it cold each time when trying to start? Although I
can't point to why, maybe it has to do w/engine temp.

Whe jump starting, I'd imagine more power from batt.
is available to ign./FI systems. i.e. Maybe spark is
weak when juice taken for starter. Is  your battery
fully charged and working ok? i.e. is the starter
turning fast enough? Is your ignition system ok?

Just some thoughts.

From a pro muso's POV, I'm surprised at what a decent
little programme Garage Band is. Pretty handy for
jotting ideas down.
