Use a continuity tester to check if the .9bar sensor actually shows ground above 2000rpm. If it does, then the problem isn't oil pressure, but somewhere "upstream" in the sensing circuit. If it doesn't, and shows open circuit, then the sensing circuit is working as designed and you have either a) a bad .9bar sensor, or b) low oil pressure. -- John Bange '90 Vanagon - "Geldsauger" |
