Texas is in the Central zone, except for the part around El Paso which is in
the Mountain zone.

Steve Sandlin is in Huntsville, near Houston.

Doing my best Watson to your Holmes, I would respond that Steve didn't
answer your early a.m. communication.  He is likely not still asleep, merely
elsewhere occupied.

Keep trying to reach him as he is the best VW locksmith you will find and a
heck of a nice guy.
