  Then there's the centrifugal force method for sinking the grounds
that doesn't require cold water or foreign matter.  Make the coffee in
a pot with a bail.  Then swing the pot around in a huge circle, taking
care not to kill/burn anyone including yourself.  Voila, hot
grounds-free cowboy coffee.
