Maybe yes, maybe no.

If it is westfalia / camper version I'd get her running. Westies, even rusty ones, usually get decent money. Plus it would be a shame to see another one leave the road.

If it is a passenger van, sell it as a parts car (or if you have the room keep it yourself) don't put a penny into it.
