Subject: Re: Z-tech convert

I'm very happy to hear of your success gentlemen. I had the worst possible conversion experience. (http://my.tbaytel.net/guskers) At the end of the day, I have a new engine (I4 VW) with great performance and mileage, but it took easily the same amount of $$ as a zetec conversion, and if my time was factored in, easily a lot more. In retrospect, I would have jumped on the bostig approach.

From my own correspondence, reading, and test results from the zetec crew, this is everything a turn key conversion should be. Although I have several VW's and like them, I wouldn't hesitate to use a Zetec engine. There are tremendous advantages to using a proven "world" modern power plant as tunable as this one.

Kudos to the Bostig crew :-) It's great to hear someone has finally committed to a conversion that is truly turn-key.
